General Questions
TechHub provides three core services: custom web development, digital marketing (including SEO, content, and social media), and professional training courses in web technologies, marketing, and data analytics. We work with businesses of all sizes across multiple sectors.
Our clients range from small startups and sole traders to established SMEs and public sector organisations. We have worked with businesses in retail, education, healthcare, professional services, and technology. What they share is a need for reliable, transparent digital support.
Our main office is in the Innovation Quarter, Manchester, M1 4BT. However, we work with clients across the UK and internationally through remote collaboration tools. Training is available both in-person at our centre and online.
Pricing & Projects
Website costs depend on the number of pages, complexity of features, and level of customisation required. A typical business website starts from around £2,000, while more complex projects with custom functionality can range from £5,000 to £15,000. We provide detailed quotes after an initial consultation.
Most business websites take between 4 and 8 weeks from initial consultation to launch. Timelines depend on content readiness, design complexity, number of revisions, and client feedback speed. We always agree a realistic timeline before starting work.
Yes. For larger projects, we typically split payments into three stages: an initial deposit to start the project, a mid-point payment after design approval, and a final payment before launch. We are flexible and happy to discuss arrangements that work for you.
We include two rounds of revisions at the design stage and one round at the development stage. Additional revision rounds can be arranged if needed. We find that clear communication during the planning phase significantly reduces the need for major changes later.
Support & Training
Yes. We offer monthly maintenance packages that include security updates, performance monitoring, content updates, backups, and technical support. This ensures your site remains secure, fast, and up to date after launch.
We offer three formats: live online sessions via video conferencing, in-person classes at our Manchester training centre, and bespoke corporate workshops delivered at your workplace. All formats include hands-on exercises and course materials.
Our beginner courses assume no prior technical knowledge. Intermediate and advanced courses have recommended prerequisites which are clearly listed in the course descriptions. If you are unsure, contact us and we will recommend the right starting point.
